RECIPE OF OUR COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

A delightfully fresh cocktail, perfect for ending the day seated on the terrace at La Bastide Bourrelly or lounging on a sunbed by the hotel pool!

To recreate it at home, here’s our bartender’s recipe:

Provence in Pink:

• 6 cl Lillet Rosé
• 1 cl strawberry syrup
• Top up with tonic water

Garnish:
Add one strawberry, thinly sliced, and 1–2 basil or mint leaves, according to your preference.
