LA BASTIDE BOURRELLY, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, REOPENS AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF RENOVATION

Serge Perottino and Mathias Dandine, captivated by the potential of the building and the charm of the village, embarked on this adventure together with the ambition to create a place of life, meeting, and indulgence, while preserving its authentic character and original soul as a friendly inn.
With the assistance of Julie Pic from the interior architecture firm Une Maison Douce and Stéphanie Codaccioni, an interior decorator at The Big Deco Theory, the highlight of this institution's revival has been striking the right balance between preserving the original features of a place beloved and rooted in the memories of its patrons and a resolutely modern and elegant renovation.
