CHEF MATHIAS DANDINE AT THE PROVENCE GASTRONOMY FESTIVAL

On Sunday, July 7th, Mathias Dandine and his team have participated in the "Mmmh! Festival" in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, and prepared seasonal dishes for affordable tastings!
This year marked the 30th anniversary of the festival. Since the beginning of this adventure, the festival has demonstrated a deep commitment to democratizing haute cuisine by sharing it with as many people as possible.
Mathias Dandine were there on Sunday, July 7th. To meet with all and propose a tasting of his cuisine.
With the teams of La Bastide Bourrelly, the Chef prepared:
- Starter: Traditional pistou soup, coconut cream, pistou ravioli, mature olive oil
- Main Course: Lamb Pithiviers from Provence, chickpeas glazed in juice, and spinach sprout salad with garlic vinaigrette and savory jus
From La Magdeleine, the tasting turned towards the sea with:
- Starter: Grilled Mediterranean amberjack, tomato confit in lemon syrup, oregano bagna cauda
- Main Course: Stuffed zucchini flower from the Aubagne region, just seared caramote shrimp, fresh almond soup
