Open for only a few months,La Bastide Bourrelly, a 5-star hoteland gourmet restaurant under the direction of Mathias Dandine, is proud to announce that it has earned a Michelin star this year 2024!
Mathias Dandine, chef-ownerhas gathered a close-knit team, some of whom have been collaborating with him for many years. This Michelin star recognizes true teamwork, with key figures such as Executive Chef Guillaume Lemelle and Pastry Chef Jean-Baptiste Gely.
